NexGen General Specifications
Pyro NexGen plant capable to process or recycle waste tyre, waste rubber, waste plastic and used oil. The specifications of the each type of NexGen plant are different based on the raw material products. For example the specifications for NexGen plant for processing tyre or rubber are different than the specifications for processing plastic. However all types of plant are capable to process used oil.
fNexGen generally comes with three models based on its capacity of processing per recycle process which are:
- Pyro NexGen 10 - capable to process 10 metric tonne waste materials per recycle process
- Pyro NexGen 20 - capable to process 20 metric tonne waste materials per recycle process
- Pyro NexGen 50 - capable to process 50 metric tonne waste materials per recycle process
The whole recycle process may take approximately till 12 hours and operator is advised to have a good time management to manage the plant correctly. We could give advise to our client how to improve priductivity.

NexGen End's Product
The end products from the NexGen plant is based on the input raw materials. The end products of the NexGen plant are gasoline or petrol, diesel, carbon black, steel wire, natural gas, asphalt and water. Please refer the brochure and other reading materials which are available at download link.
